I met Jackie years ago while she was establishing her pastry business. I'm telling you, this woman is incredibly talented and makes the best macarons ever! Even Ladurée could learn a thing or two from her. ;) Actually, she was the one who customized our first Olala Cake for our launch party. However, Jackie is not only an exceptional pastry chef; she also has an old and wise soul. She chose to follow her intuition and embrace the gift the universe bestowed upon her: 'HEALING' through music.

My advice for women who want to start their own company is to let it flow. Flow with the unknown, flow with the changes good and bad. Let go of control and let the universe flow through your life
